I also find myself concerned about keeping my goats fit because I hike a lot just with my dogs and it's hard to find the time to get out with the goats, too. I wish I could walk them all at once but we do have to cross streets and I just don't think I can handle it all by myself!
I do walk my goats leashed around my neighborhood and that is a really great way to get them acclimated to the world outside. They are now very used to strange dogs, horses, and we are still working on cars.
I have many big wooden spools for them to play on and I love the suggestion about the A-frame ramps. I will be trying that soon.
