I custom ordered our harnesses from Chimacum Tack, but much cheaper nylon harnesses can be purchased elsewhere. I usually recommend using miniature horse harnesses with some slight changes.
The carts are close to 15 years old and can no longer be purchased from Hoegger Supply where these came from. We bought one new in 2003 and I found the other one used on these forums. However, you can also use a miniature horse cart for big goats. I sometimes come across good deals on miniature horse carts on Craigslist, but so far it's never been when I was actually in the market for one.
Pig is HUGE! He may do better with a pony harness and cart. Take some measurements before you order anything online.
