The Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR) in Alaska has proposed a management that bans the use of packgoats.

These are the inks to the ANWR documents.

You can search these .pdf documents by pressing "Ctrl" then the letter "F"then enter the word "goat" in the search box and to move from one comment to the next use the enter key.

At a minimum, state that Best Available Science & research needs to be included, with respect to packgoats & wild sheep & this documentation needs to be included in their risk analysis. There needs to be a risk analysis specific to packgoats. Packgoats should not be "lumped" with sheep and other domestic goats.

Comments don't need to long, just one or 2 sentences will do.
