Chevre Recipe

I came across this Chevre (goat cheese) recipe on one of my favorite cooking websites. It sounds fairly easy to make. If only I had access to a large supply of pasteurized goat milk! Tongue If anyone decides to try this (looking at YOU Nanno, seeing as you have some does in milk these days Smile ), let me know how it turns out!

Thanks for the link! I'll have to try this later in the summer when Nubbin's boys are weaned. Right now we only have Petunia's milk since the other mamas have babies on them. All the milk we're not drinking is getting separated for the cream right now since I need to stock up for summer ice cream parties!
