I just ran across this article in the March 2014 WSU Kidding Pen newsletter. It explains the experiments they are doing to help resolve the question of which pathogen(s) can be transmitted from domestic goats to bighorn sheep and cause pneumonia.

I'm glad someone is actually doing some research on this issue finally! I'll be interested to see how that goes.

This Research project was discussed numerous times at this years NAPgA Rendezvous. Andy (NAPgA's attorney) and Curtis King both discussed this project at our get togethers and are watching it closely.
