Pack Goat Central

I'm excited for next archary season but not sure I'm ready equipment wise. A concern was to hunt with goats or to leave them in camp tell time to pack. Also wondering if it to be good to buy a portable elec fense

Portable electric fences are great if you are car camping but at 14lbs for 100 feet of fence, and a charger, you would't pack it anywhere. We have always archery hunted with our goats at our side. We could be gone all day hunting and I do not feel safe leaving the goats in a remote camp that long unattended even with my great fence. Goats are good hunting companions.
