Custer-Gallatin Forest Plan Released - Nanno - 07-09-2020

It's not great but it's not as bad as it could be. They cling to that tired old line that bighorns get disease from domestic "sheep and goats." It looks like packgoats are allowed from June 20 - October 31. Not sure why they aren't allowed year round. Also, it looks like some areas may require a permit and health certificates. I'll have to look into it more later.
